Completing and considering the value and qualities of the following questionnaire-survey and work cards are important to improved performance:

To focus and measure the training needs of volunteer trainee members for self management, four follow-up questionnaires serve as an assessment and a reinforcement of the components of the Focus Group of training program which will follow the decision of the sponsor’s concern about a contemporary core issue. Self Management will continue to be identified in two scales, Rates and Efficacy.
