Four-Month Implementation Plan (Timeline)

Month One

Focus Group—Self Management Inventory and Critical Thinking Follow-Up I

           

           Week 1

Invite students to review Literature provided included in the Training Packet; take notes; pose several appropriate questions so as to encourage student responses.

          

           Week 2

Invite students to present their concerns; review all literature, including on-line base.

  

          Week 3

Prepare letters of concern; continue to share literature and to encourage discussion.

  

          Week 4

Introduce sample tests as learning mediums; maintain important notes toward further documentation, revision, and encouragement of recommended self-management and critical-thinking literature, strategies.

Month Two

Focus Group—Self Management Inventory and Critical Thinking Follow-Up II Developing Competency

           Week 1

Continue to invite students to review Literature included in the Focus Packet; take notes; pose several appropriate questions to encourage student responses.

           Week 2

Continue to invite students to present their concerns; review all literature.

           Week 3

Continue to prepare letters of concern; continue to share literature and to encourage discussion.

           Week 4

Continue to introduce sample tests; maintain important notes toward. Further documentation, revision, and encouragement of recommended Focus Packet literature, strategies.

Month Three

Focus Group—Self Management Inventory and Critical Thinking Follow-Up III; take notes; pose several appropriate questions to encourage student responses.

            Week 1

Continue to invite students to present their concerns; review all literature.

            Week 2

Continue to invite students to present their concerns; review all literature.

            Week 3

Continue to prepare letters of concern; continue to share literature and to encourage discussion.

           

           Week 4

Continue to introduce sample and post inventories, survey questionnaires, tests as learning and positive conditioning tools; maintain important notes toward further documentation, revision, and encouragement of recommended Critical Thinking literature and discussion, strategies.

Month Four

Focus Group—Self Management Inventory and Critical Thinking Follow-Up IV; take notes; pose several appropriate questions so as to encourage student responses and appropriate integrated critical focus.

            Week 1

Continue to invite students to present their concerns; review all literature.

            Week 2

Continue to invite students to present their concerns; review all literature.

            Week 3

Continue to prepare letters of concern; continue to share literature and to encourage discussion.

            Week 4

Administer post questionnaire surveys; maintain important notes toward further documentation, revision, and encouragement of recommended critical-thinking focus, strategies to maintain succinct and effective wording.
